Project: Waterproofing facade with Liquid Rubber
Description: One of the most complex constructions at the moment in Holland is being build by contracter BAM. This building is built in the middle of the city center of Groningen and contains many difficult pitched facades. Due of these complex angles, a good waterproofing is very important. Liquid Rubber is being used to seal all the joints, connections, window frame connections and even entire facade pieces.
Liquid Rubber was chosen because of it’s seamless and highly flexible membrane. After Liquid Rubber seals the facade, insulation and nature stone is placed.
This very high building also realises a stunning view over the city of Groningen.
